The Stacy building at 120 Princess is a mixed use building located downtown on Princess Street. The ground level is commercial and houses the Tasty Indian Bar & Grill an Art Gallery and a small retail shop as well as Kingston's only downtown and independent movie theatre, The Screening Room. Being downtown means you're steps from the variety of restaurants, bars and shops while and only a 15 minute walk to Queen's University.
